Fishermen Labs Privacy Notice

Fishermen Labs, LLC (“Fishermen Labs,” “we,” “us,” or our”), has developed a virtual reality game for the Oculus platform called “Attack of the Snacks” (the “Game”). This Privacy Notice is designed to help you understand the Game’s privacy practices.

This policy is effective as of 17 January 2023 and was last updated on 17 January 2023.

Scope of this Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice only applies to our privacy practices as it may relate to the Game.   For information about our privacy practices regarding other Fishermen Labs products and services unrelated to the Game, please see our Privacy Policy.

Note: Your use of the Oculus platform and the downloading of the Game may be subject to Meta Platform, Inc.’s (“Meta”) user agreements and policies. Please see the Oculus Privacy Policy for more details about how Meta may collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you download and use the Game.  

Changes to our Privacy Notice. We may revise this Privacy Notice from time to time in our sole discretion. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Notice, we will notify you as required by applicable law. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Notice if you continue to play the Game after the new Privacy Notice takes effect.

We do not Collect Your Personal Information when You Play Our Game

This Game is not designed nor intended to collect your personal information. To the extent that you would enter any information, it will be in the form of a four-digit code that you select to associate with high scores after your game play. This identifier and the respective scores will be stored locally on your Oculus device’s memory. This information will not be sent back to us in any form, nor will we have an ability to access this four-digit code. 

Also, we have no means to identify you when you download this Game from the Oculus Platform, and we do not receive any personal information about you from Meta when you download the Game.

We do not Use or Share Your Personal Information for Any Purpose when You Play Our Game

Since we do not collect personal information when you play our Game, we do not use or share your personal information.

We do not Store Your Personal Information when You Play Our Game

As referenced above, you will have an ability to store your own chosen four-digit code locally on your Oculus device to associate with high scores. We do not have access to this information. If you choose to delete the Game, or otherwise re-allocate the memory on your Oculus, you may lose this information permanently.
